 With over 20 years of training, Wade is known for his ability to reproduce years of hair fashion and quality customer service. His passion is to educate and create. For 17 years he worked with the world renowned TONI & GUY Salons where he established himself as a Traveling Education Director for the company, then for the last 10 yrs he was part owner of two of the TONI & GUY Salons. Now, Wade Owns/Operates Wade Gordon Salon, Wade Gordon Hairdressing Academy and Braxton Paul Salon.

 Machelle has had a passion for this industry from a young age. She was able to start her career in 2002 with TONI & GUY and since then was given the opportunity to join the management team. She has managed the Westgate location successfully for 8yrs as well as taken on the manager position at Braxton Paul Salon. Along with never missing an advanced model night or hair show held by our very own Educational/Creative Team, she has been to many Hair Shows over the years and completed several advanced classes at the TONI & GUY Academy in Dallas.

 Crystal has been with the company since 2001. She joined the management team in 2006 as an Assistant Manager at Wade Gordon Salon and is now taken on the same roll at Braxton Paul Salon. She has had the opportunity to complete many advanced classes at the TONI & GUY Academy in Dallas. One of her greatest passions is for up-styles and creating avant garde looks for our hair shows. She has done stage work, as well as worked on set for Wade Gordon photo shoots.

 Souri has been with the company since October of 2000. For many years in a row, she has been awarded for being the "Top Producer." Her talents include Cutting, Styling, Up-Styling, and Waxing. In 2007 she was certified in SO CAP- USA extensions, which are the extension of choice for several of the Hollywood elite. Her passion to seek the latest fashion trends is expressed in her work daily.

 Bobbie has been with our company since 2005. She joined the cutting educational team in 2007 and took on the Education Director Position in June of 2009. Since then she has completed several advanced classes at the TONI & GUY Academy. Bobbie has put on numerous educational events for the staff, as well as helped put together hair shows and photo shoots for Wade Gordon Salon. She keeps our stylists in a fashion forward mind set with all of her knowledge in the industry.

 Areli started her career with us in 2004 and is now a Technical Art Director IV. She has been to the TONI & GUY Academy and completed several courses as well as put on numerous advanced model nights for our entire staff. She has also been extensively trained on L'Oreal Professional's colour line, including their latest technology- INOA: an ammonia-free hair color, which she is now certified in. Being the Chemical Education Director has really pushed her creativity in colour and the techniques used on her clientele. Because of her, the entire colour team is sure to have the latest techniques & trends in hair colour.

 Laura started her career in 2002 with TONI & GUY. She has attended many L\'Oreal Professional Classes and is certified in their latest technology- INOA: an ammonia-free hair colour. She has also completed advanced educational courses at the TONI & GUY Academy in Dallas. Laura has been an educator for the company for several years, and her fascination for learning continues to motivate all of her students. Her creative and enthusiastic personality keeps everyone around her inspired.

 Bouasee joined the TONI & GUY team in 2002. She has completed extensive training in TIGI and TONI & GUY education. Her specialties include: Cut, Style, and Waxing. In February of 2011 she moved over to Braxton Paul Salon. She is dedicated to giving her clientele excellent customer service from the moment they walk in, until the second they leave her chair...giving them the total experience.

 Carrie has been with the company since 2007. Her passion to mentor others has led her to be a staff trainer in both salons. Along with educating she has completed several courses of training at the Toni & Guy Academy. Not only is she dedicated to the fundamentals of hair styling she also has a passion for the art of make-up.

 As a Color Technician, Nuvia has been with the company since 2007. She stays busy as a color tech in both salons as well as works part time as an instructor at Wade Gordon Academy. With attention to detail she ranks one of our top technicians. |

 Nikki, a Dallas native, moved to Amarillo in the summer of 2010. She joined Braxton Paul Salon as our first nail technician in the fall of 2011. Her attention to detail and dedication to sanitation and customer service puts her in an elite class making her the perfect fit for this salon. Nikki's specialties include regular manicures and shellac manicures.
